Online Ordering

Ordering and checkout is super quick and simple. If you register an account- you will be able to not only track your order status but change any delivery details and view past orders.

  1. Add all the items you would like to your cart. Once you have decided on your treasures, simply go to your cart (at all times, you can find your cart in the top right hand corner of the page).
  2. Hit checkout and follow the onscreen instructions.
  3. At this stage, you will be able to choose your delivery option as well as your payment option.
  4. Proceed with the payment and voila! You are all done.

Remember, if paying via EFT or bank deposit, don’t forget to use your order # as your reference when sending us proof of payment

Orders are processed on our website from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on the weekend are queued based on when they were received and completed (POP received) and processed the following business day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following day.

All orders are subject to a 1-3 working day processing time prior to shipping.

Please note: During sales and festive season, due to the increase in orders, processing time may be extended.

We would be incredibly sad to see you go but you are able to cancel your order:

  • 1. If payment has not yet been made
  • 2. OR if cancellation has been approved by us.

Payments

Our website is secured and encrypted. We accept payments via the amazing YOCO online gateway which is protected by advanced 3D-Secure technology as well as EFT payments as well as PAYFAST– which offers a host of options from Snapscan to Zapper to allow you to complete your payment.

Shipping & Returns

We have two options available. Standard courier delivery as well as express courier delivery. All orders are shipped from Cape Town.

Standard courier delivery via PUDO to the nearest locker [1-3 working days] | R65

This option includes a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched and collected by the courier. You can track your order online and it will be delivered to the nearest PUDO locker to the address provided. You may also leave the locker of your choice in the customer notes.

Standard courier delivery via PUDO to your door [1-3 working days] | R79

This option includes a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched and collected by the courier. You can track your order online and it will be delivered to your door.

Express courier delivery via TCG [overnight to 48 hours to main cities] | R155

We also offer express courier delivery option which delivers to main cities nationwide. This option includes a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched and collected by the courier. You can track your order online and it will be delivered to your door.

These are the main return policies.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging and unopened
  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  Claims made after one week of receipt of the order will not be accepted.

NOTE: We also unfortunately cannot accept returns on haircare or pepper spray products for safety and health reasons.

Please note: The pictures of the products may vary slightly in colour or look depending on the display settings and resolution of your device. Bella Monsoon will not grant refunds or returns if the customer feels the product does not look exactly like that in the picture.
